It is 82 degrees F in Cape Coral. overcast, and breezy. We are still waiting. Weathercasts this morning on the NBC affiliate were forecasting rain hitting Charlotte County about noon then our area in an hour or more after that. The tail of the storm definitely looked (on radar) like it would come thru this area, but we are still waiting. Everyone is still hopeful, because it is like a tinderbox down here. Richard Macomber-Cape Coral, Fl -Lee County.
