UPDATE From The Weather Channel On-Air:

Special weather statements and winter storm statements are being issued
today for much of the Northeast US. The Weather Channel expectes the
storm to turn towards the north after it exits the mid-atlantic coast,
then stay put off the New Jersey coast, causing 48-60 hours of snow for
the major cities, with 15-25"+, high winds, blowing and drifting snow.
