Hey Richard,
Here in my area,water mangement cut our water pressure
down to save on water,and the police are busting people who do not follow
the rules for watering your grass and being able to wash your car.Odd
number have certain days,between 12:01am and 8 a.m.,and even number
addresses have the same thing.My grass died long ago,so I don't worry about
days I have to water,cause I don't have grass to water.hahahahaha.
