[STORMREPORTS] Freezing Rain in Central PA

Well, we escaped the freezing rain earlier today because most of the
precipitation dissipated before 2pm, and the temperature rose to the mid
30's, but currently, here in State College PA, it is 32 with freezing
rain. There is a thin coating of ice on the everything.

Across the state, freezing rain is reported at 8pm in Johnstown and
Dubois as well, with the central part of the state seeing the coolest
temperatures in the lower 30's.

Altoona is reporting "UP" :) In other words, the automatic station
cannot determine what precipitation is falling (_U_nknown _P_recip).
