Well folks, I guess I spoke to soon about "no accumulation" yesterday, a
couple bands of snow moved through yesterday evening to leave a dusting
over the area, which stuck right to the roads because this early in the
season no salt had been applied, and temperatures were in the lower
20's.
Reports of 4-6" have been received from the mountains to the NW of
Centre County around I-80.

This morning the temperature is still falling, currently at 17 degrees.
