Here in Port Richey Florida we had on and off periods of moderate rain
and wind today in squalls related to Tropical storm Gordon. My minimum
barometric pressure was 29.77 inches. My maximum wind gust was 53 mph
recoded at 3:25pm. I live 2 miles east of the beach so I cannot report
on any coastal flooding but I don't suppose it will be as bad as in
Pinellas and Sarasota counties since the storm had weakened considerably
as it passed us here in Pasco County. No major storm related damage here
at "The Home " a few tree limbs scattered around the yard and the
plastic roof on my neighbors screen house blew off! So I guess we faired
well here!
