[STORMREPORTS] Hurricane Gordon

At the 5:00pm advisory when the NHC was still calling Gordon a T.S.,
Gordon had already developed an obvious eyewall on satellite photo's. It
was obviously a hurricane as the ship report verified and it goes to
show you the hunter recon. info alone is deficient.
