The USA Disaster Situation Report
Tropical Storm Florence is located about 300 miles southwest of Bermuda and
is expected to pass near Bermuda on Saturday. Wind speeds at that time
should be around 50 knots.

Tropical Depression 11 is on the verge of becoming a tropical storm. A
great number of uncertainties in the forecast has resulted in the National
Hurricane Center issuing caution to all interests in the coastal sections of
the Gulf of Mexico from Florida to Texas Residents are urged to monitor the
progress
of this developing system. The current 72 hr forecast shows the storm to on
a northward path midway across the Gulf headed towards the Louisiana - Texas
border area. Wind speeds, at that time, are forecast to be 65 knots.

We will be monitoring this storm for future development and will be
forwarding additional information about this storm in the future.

Advisories are now being issued on Tropical Depression 12. The current
forecast shows this storm to be located south of Haiti in 72 hrs. Wind
speeds, at that time, are estimated to be at 45 knots.
