The storms that Tom was talking about were quite strong here in Port
Richey Florida. The first storm at noon produced a cloud to ground
lightning bolt that struck the NW corner of my house. Temporarily
knocking out my telephone service and causing a power surge that burnt
out one of my floor fans. This is the 8th time in the 15 years I have
lived here the house has been struck by lightning! Usually hitting the
CB Antenna! There was no serious damage though! A brief and mild thunder
shower passed through the area earlier today! (Hi Tom!)
