Hello from Manassas, Va,

So far today we have received just a trace of rain. While some areas
just 5 miles north in Centreville, Va received over an inch of rain.
The high here at the house was 81. I returned to work today for the
first time in over a month, This after driving to a funeral n
Pittsburgh, Pa yesterday morning then driving home again.

On the way up yesterday morning, It was cloudy with fog & mist threw
Virginia & Maryland. Along the PA turnpike We hit moderate to heavy rain
showers between Breezewood & Somerset Pa. In Irwin, Pa which is just
outside of Pittsburgh. The couds parted & the sun appeared. About 3pm
as we prepared to depart for home, thunderstorms were moving into the
area. The rest of the journey was sunny & quite plesent.

>From one funeral to another. This morning I found out about a friend
that I went to High school with was killed by a Virginia Railway Express
Train a few days ago. He was killed instantly after being hit by the
train & thrown more then 50 feet in the air.
