Tropical Depression 4-E has developed in the Eastern Pacific. At 5pm EDT, the coordinates for TD 4-E were 12.9 degrees north, 121.7 degress west. Movement was westward at 11 mph. Maximum sustained winds were 35 mph, with gusts to 45. The minimum central pressure... 1007 millibars or 29.73 inches.

Currently, 4-E is expected to strengthen into a tropical storm within 24 hours, then by the 72 hour point to have weakened back to a tropical depression. More on 4-E at my tropical site... http://danielwxradar.tripod.com/tropical.html
