[STORMREPORTS] Carlotta now a strong Category 4

Hurricane Carlotta has continued to strengthen with winds now up to 150 mph, with gust to 185 mph. The minimum central pressure is down to 935 millibars. This makes it a strong Category 4. If it can achieve winds greater than 155 mph, it will be a Category 5. The current forecast says that it has now peaked in intensity, but Carlotta is expect to remain a category 4 for at least 24 for hours. Here are the specifics...
