I'll agree with you Jeff, Here in Saratoga Springs, New York, about 20
miles west of you. I recorded .86 inches of rain in about 10 mins. I
also recorded winds of 32mph. It rained so hard here, you could actually
see the rain bouncing of the ground and back into the air a couple
inches, What really made that storm even more peculiar, was there was
absolutely no Thunder or Lightning here, Whatsoever. Im not sure if you
noticed this also, But I have never in my life seen the Dewpoint
elevated (avg.75%) and the Humidity as bad as it(89-95%) was for that
long of time(About 60 hours) under sunny skies. I guess the atmosphere
had just taken all it could take. I wont forget this one for a
while....Scott
