Here in Plant City, Fl. April 2000 averaged out at 68.8 deg, 2.6 deg
below normal and continues a trend of below normal temperature going
back to November 1999. Minimum temperatures of 32 deg were observed
during the month on the central peninsula and 29 deg over northern areas
of the state.
