[CASI-SR] MODERATE RISK Mid-Atlantic

There is a moderate risk of severe thunderstorms in portions of the
Mid-Atlantic states today. Currently storms in NE NC & SE VA are
approaching severe strength with 0.75" hail estimated by Doppler radar.

The SPC is currently monitoring this area for the possibility of a
severe weather watch.
