  Here in Plant City, Fl. on Friday 4/14 I received 1.46" of rain. Also
the high temp of 69 tied the record for the lowest max temp for the
date.
  Today on Saturday 4/15 I heard thunder for the first time since
sometime back in October 1999. Sounds silly but that tells you how bad
the drought has been in Central Florida.
