We are currently experiancing heavy rain here in Manassas, Va. Just
checked the rain gauge & already had 2.13 inches in the rain gauge. It
was sunny & 75 at 1pm here in Manassas Then the front came along & we
currently sit at 40F with a wind chill of 32F & wind North {at} 11mph,
gusts to 17.
