hi all,
just thought to tell you guys that we are ok here in terre haute,
indiana. just about most of the severe weather stayed south of our
immediate area. i did take my portable weather scanner to work &
listened to ham radio operators. the only big thing i heard was dime
size hail & 40 to 50 sustained wind gusts in the vincennes, indiana
area. which is about 50 miles south from me. that is about it. we here
at the house had 2.50 inches of much needed rain in one day. it came
down in sheets & buckets a few time. alot of ponding of water. just a
few flashes of lightning, but nothing real severe. just regular
thundershowers. all & all i think we got out of this one lucky. but
thankfully we got the rain we needed!!!
