We received a dusting of snow overnight here at CASI HQ and are
continuing to receive flurries and showers. I heard an unconfirmed
report that I-80 was closed west of DuBois PA due to snow. Confirmed
reports of I-99 being slick from snow between Altoona and the end of the
interstate.

Despite this morning's dusting, we remain approximately 30" below normal
for the year! And I doubt that we will regain any of that before it's
all over. This was close to the driest winter season ever at Penn State
University which has maintained records for about 120 years. I will be
more specific with the "snow drought" details at a later time.
