Here in Greensburg the current temp is reading about 45 degrees. However, based on local news and scanner reports, heavy wet snow is falling as close as twenty miles away in the area of Ligonier and Johnstown. Accuweather is calling for about 4-5 inches of heavy wet snow in the Laurel Mts. Rainfall in Greensburg has amounted to about 1.19 inches according to WPXI-Channel 11 since midnight and there was about and additional half to three quarters of an inch of rain yesterday depending on your location. Also there were numerous reports of sleet last night through early this morning, mostly south and east of the city of Pittsburgh.
