a rain snow and ice event is shaping up for thursday night and friday. a week storm is pushing through the grate lakes today, skimming new york and pensylvania with a warm front. however by thursday a cold front will approach the area with rain snow and some cases ice. right now It is too early to tell who will get ice, and who will not. it all depends on the track of the storm. the rain to snow change over all depends on when the warm air arives and how cold surfice tempritures are. well just something to watch out for. until next time. casi member william spencer march 13 2000
