a frontal system currently moving up from the tenessee valley will move through the region, and affect the area into tomorrow afternoon. while watches are out for the counties above only winter weather advisories ar in affect for stuben skyler and schemung a swath of heavy rain moved through giving my area a quick half inch. rain will taper off around 4 pm however more rain is expected to arrive in afiew hours i assume around midnight. heavy icing and acumulations of snow are expected in the watch area while a light glaze elsewhare. snow will taper off by late morning sunday and it will remain cool but not bitterly cold. around wednsday another storm is forcasted to approach. casi member william spencer.
