winter storm watch issued from state college pa for tiaoga county pa. a mixed bag of precipitation will over spread the area. It will change to rain and then back to snow after midnight. snow will last through the day sunday. with sugnifficant acumulation of snow and ice. confermed by nws, bgm nws told me that the western parts like state college would be in for more snow mor then counties further east. the numbers shape up like this 90 per cent chance later this morning 90 per cent this afternoon and tonight and 70 per cent tomorrow. more watches or warnings might be issued later, but that is just my assumption. casi member william spencer
