as of 4 a.m. mar. 10 buffalow new york issued winter storm watches for wayne, livingston and ontario counties in newyork. snow will overspread the region later this afternoon and then turn to rain. It may start as a mixture of snow and freezing rain and then all snow. all out ahead of low pressure and asociated cold front. moving up from tennessee valley. snow should into late sunday as cold air keeps it cool enough to keep presipitation as snow I havn't heard word on any watches or warnings beeing issued for our area. maybe people in western pa. may be affected more by my predictions will let you know if anything comes up. casi member william spencer.
