Brutal Winter Weather In Eastern US
Jesse Ferrell / CASI Meteorologist / Jan. 27 2000

Brutal winter weather continued today in Pennsylvania.
Vehicle#1 was damaged in a winter-related accident.
Wind chills plummeted to -37 in PA last night.
Temperatures in the 20's-40's in FL & Bahamas cause records to break.
The RDU Airport Reopens... slightly.
