Has it been your observation that Weatherchannel forecasts consistently
predict higher temperatures (by a margin of 5 to ten degrees) than NWS?
That appears to be the case in Washington, D.C., at least. Why is that?

Just a dusting, so far, from the latest "storm of the century."
