Altoona
within the last half hour, and radar loops show the current area of
precip
starting to pick up and bloom abit.. we may get that 8-9" before it's

over...

Here in Yadkin County, NC we are getting alot of freezing rain. So far
the
power has not gone out. We probably have about 1 inch of ice on the
roads
and ground. Looks like it's going to be a long day with all this ice.
I
will give a later report if the power does not go out.
