Hello Everyone.
Snow here in Downingtown, Chester County, Pa. began approx. 4:00pm, and
already about 1 1/2 inches on the ground. Chester County Dispatch Center
reporting several Motor Vehicle Accidents thus far attributed to the falling
snow. Snowfall is moderate to heavy here, and visibility is down to about 1/2
mile. More reports to come.
