[CASI-SR] Speaking of dbZ...

Speaking of high radar reflectivities, KPHL, the radar at Philadelphia,
has observed dbZ to 60 (normally observed in a heavy if not severe
thunderstorm) this evening due to the radar beam hitting sleet and
freezing rain.
