[CASI-SR] SIGNIFICANT ARCTIC OUTBREAK LIKELY EAST COAST 11/29-12/3

Looking more and more like it.

the new 11/23 00z Canadian ( the CGBL) is out as it the reliable tuesday
evening ECMWF. They both forecast Huge amplification of western
canadian by saturday 11/27.

the arctic front will reach the east coast 11/28 PM. The series of la
Nina induced pacific storms looks like its gonna take a breather for a
while. there is some chance that a LINK UP of the Canada and Siberian
ridges may occur.

Yikes.... IF that happens.
