Press at this article, "Tornadoes cut across central Illinois for the
second time in a week, destroying about 15 homes and damaging dozens of others,
state and county emergency officials said."

Handke says "I have the track data from where this Tornado developed 3
miles West of Forest City, Illinis. I also have the first jpeg photo of this
cell forming into the Tornado, as well of all photos of damage in Mason and
Tazewell County, Illinios, would like some jpegs from the rest of the
track."
